Training at The College Board’s Annual AP Conference

Training teachers on how to responsibly and effectively use GenAI is always a blast.

Our "Introduction to Generative for Educators" workshop yesterday at the The College Board Advanced Placement Annual Conference was so much fun.

We had bad jokes (ours), a packed room, deep engagement, a growth mindset, a collective gasp during my prompting demo, and one guy that stood up and tried to get everyone to clap along with him.

Building AI Literacy must be a priority going into the next school year, which is why it is so great that College Board carved out time in their conference for this workshop as part of their commitment to responsibly bringing AI to AP classrooms to support student learning.

As a former AP Bio teacher, it was a full circle moment to be a part of these teacher's AI literacy journey. Thanks to Sophia Romee and the entire team for the opportunity!
