In ChatGPT or your favorite AI Chatbot, cut and paste the following prompts to create a lesson plan customized for your classroom. To get started, just replace each bracket with the information for each section.
Simple Lesson Plan Prompt
Generate a lesson plan for [grade/subject] on [topic] that covers [standard(s)] lasts [desired duration of time] and includes reading materials, a video, and a way for students to demonstrate their learning.
Example
Generate a lesson plan for 8th graders that includes learning goals of knowing and applying properties of integer exponents to generate equivalent numerical expressions covering Common Core Standard 8.EE.A.1 to address the essential question of “How do the properties of exponents help simplify expressions with exponents?”
Detailed Lesson Plan Prompt
