Work within a supportive cohort of peers and expert AI for Education coaches to develop the essential foundations of an AI-ready institution: a set of GenAI guidelines for responsible use and a strategic AI literacy plan. You will receive field-tested resources and targeted guidance, empowering you to craft meaningful policies and implementation strategies that authentically align with your institutional mission and advance your educational goals.
Through live sessions, collaborative discussions, and hands-on activities, participants will learn how to:
Develop mission-aligned GenAI policies and guidelines that address safety, data security, academic integrity, student safety, access, and tool selection
Create a plan for responsible, effective GenAI integration using organizational change management frameworks
Design an AI literacy plan customized to local context and stakeholder needs
Establish implementation strategies including success metrics, pilot programs, and resource allocation
