New Prompts for Educators

This summer, we are spending time updating our GenAI Chatbot Prompt Library, and we are excited to announce a batch of new prompts focused on lesson planning and AI-resistant assessment practices.

You can now use any free GenAI chatbot to:

1. Brainstorm Alternative Teaching Methods: Brainstorm a list of alternative teaching methods for any content

2. Design a Strengths-Based Lesson Plan: Design a lesson that builds on students’ existing knowledge and skills

3. Identify Undesirable Difficulties in an Assessment: identify obstacles that may prevent students from demonstrating learning in an existing assessment.

4. Anticipate Common Misconceptions: Generate a list of common misconceptions about a topic of study.

5. Design an AI-Resistant Assessment: Create an assessment that engages students in authentic tasks that are currently difficult to offload to GenAI

6. Convert a Multiple Choice Test into a Project: Convert a traditional, multiple-choice assessment into an AI-resistant project for students

7. Convert an Essay into a Classroom Discussion: Convert a traditional, written assessment into an AI-resistant discussion task.
