This training showcases how GenAI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini Pro can be used to meet diverse student needs through differentiated instruction. Participants will engage in hands-on activities with a variety of tools to integrate AI into lesson planning and ensure a personalized learning experience for all students.
Includes:
Practical Experience: Gain firsthand experience with a variety of AI tools that support differentiated instruction, using techniques such as content customization, tailored assessment design, and feedback tools. Explore strategies for adapting these tools across subject areas and ability levels.
Design AI-Enhanced Lessons: Practice incorporating GenAI into lesson design by learning to identify appropriate tools, scaffold student use, and determine how to assess learning outcomes.
Strategize: Discuss concerns and limitations of integrating AI into instruction, such as academic integrity, data privacy, and cognitive offloading. Develop strategies and access resources to address these challenges in accordance with current best practices.
