In our first live session of our GenAI Literacy Trainer Essentials course last week, 90+ educators from around the world delved into everything from AI fundamentals to the importance of hands-on experience with GenAI.

We also touched on why teaching prompting techniques continue to be a core feature of our GenAI workshops:

1) From a practical standpoint, prompting still affects output quality of and user satisfaction with GenAI chatbot outputs.

2) Teaching prompting gives users greater insight into understanding the capabilities and limitations of AI models. And even when prompting becomes less necessary as the technology advances and interfaces change, we believe the educational value will persist.
